Drip pricing and review

Drip sits between Omnisend and ActiveCampaign: ecommerce-native like the former, with automation depth closer to the latter. Behavioural segmentation on store data is its real strength. There is no free plan and no meaningful cheap tier, so it only makes sense once revenue justifies it.

Scores

These are our opinions, each with the reasoning underneath it. They never reorder the calculator. That is ranked on price alone.

Automation

8.5/10

Strong visual builder with deep ecommerce triggers and behavioural segmentation on store events: products viewed, categories browsed, lifetime value. More flexible than Omnisend, less general-purpose than ActiveCampaign.

Ease of use

7.0/10

Well-designed but assumes marketing fluency. The segmentation model is its best feature and its steepest part; getting value out requires understanding how store events map to rules.

Deliverability

7.5/10

Shared IP pools with engagement-based segmentation, SPF, DKIM and DMARC support. Smaller sending volume than the largest providers here. Reflects infrastructure and policy, not a measured inbox rate.

Support

7.5/10

Email and live chat on all plans with generally quick responses. No phone support. Documentation is good and the onboarding material is unusually practical.
